12-Year Non-Prorated Limited Warranty
Simon Bedding, Inc. warrants that your mattress will be replaced due to faulty workmanship or material defects during the 12-year period of this Limited Warranty, on a non-prorated basis, specifically subject to the limitations contained herein.
This Limited Warranty starts from the time of product purchase. It is understood that this Limited Warranty does not apply to instances of normal wear or tear.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Compression of less than 2 inches
- An increase in the softness or a decrease in the slow recovery feature due to normal use, temperature, or humidity.
- Fabric or bodily fluid stains, soiling, burns, cuts, or tears that are not evident at the time of delivery
- Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of product.
- Mold or mildew
- Damage to the mattress or cover due to physical abuse
- For models with removable covers, damage due to improper washing (discoloration).
- Torn positioning handles
- Temporary manufacturing smell
- Comfort preference after you sleep on the bed (example: This bed is too soft).
This warranty will be void if the mattress has evidence of:
- Stains, soiling, burns, cuts, tears, or other physical damage occurring after delivery.
- Mold, mildew, or moisture damage.
- Unsanitary conditions.
- Improper use, abuse, or neglect.
- Removal of the law tag or product identification label.
In Order For This Limited Warranty To Be Valid, You Must:
- Be the original consumer purchaser, and have purchased the mattress from one of our authorized dealers in the United States.
- Provide a copy of the original store receipt, place of purchase and purchase price. Model name label and law label of the defective product must be attached to identify the bedding and validate this warranty.
Simon Bedding reserves the right to determine repair or replacement.
