Spills, stains, rips, scratches and broken mechanisms happen in every home. The 5-Year Furniture Protection Plan by Montage Furniture Services (MFS) helps repair or replace your furniture when accidents occur. Montage has served the furniture protection industry since 1983.
What's typically covered
- Stains on fabric, leather and vinyl, including food and drink spills
- Rips, punctures and burns in upholstery
- Liquid rings and household heat marks on wood and hard surfaces
- Scratches, gouges, dents and chips that go through the finish
- Broken recliner, sleeper and power mechanisms
- Frame, panel and spring breakage
- Glass and mirror chips or breakage
How it works
- Add the plan when you buy your furniture. The price is based on your furniture's value.
- If an accident happens, report it to Montage promptly, with your receipt and plan information.
- Montage reviews your claim and sends a technician to repair the piece, or arranges a replacement when it can't be repaired.

- Furniture up to $1,499: $149
- $1,500 – $3,499: about 10% of the furniture price ($199 – $349)
- $3,500 and up: $499

Coverage is provided by Montage Furniture Services and is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions in the plan agreement provided at purchase. The plan covers accidental damage from a specific incident during normal residential use; normal wear and tear, commercial use and certain products are generally not covered.
